Stealing is stealing whether it’s from a streaming service or from the club.

I do like how owning one of these things has become a stick to beat others with. How beat societal of you.
I’m not bothered who owns what and why and what their circumstances are because I like to think I’m an adult. There are bigger things to worry about.
They’re not going after your average John who just uses to it to casually watch telly, they’re going after suppliers.

All the cut and paste articles on the I internet are trying to scare the average punter who watches a couple of games and the odd film. Yes, it is theft but they are really after the suppliers of these devices who rake in thousands. They advertise quite blatantly on Facebook and such. The police and authorities don't know about social media do they! How stupid are these people?

£70 a year and you get everything, sports movies box sets everything, only thing I can't get is national league footy which is a pain but I'll survive, the days where I pay over a ton every month are long gone, firesticks are the way forward.

Probably depends on your provider, as the NL games are streamed online rather than broadcast so I can imagine there are some that don’t include them.

You can get the National League on there. Some don’t, mine for example did but it was removed. Hopefully now it’s going to DAZN I can get the games. Love my box saves me a fortune and none of my hard earned goes to Carragher and Richards

Said it many times before too, the Formuler boxes are much more reliable for connectivity and streaming than adding services to Amazon Firesticks. My box has absolutely everything, and I mean everything you can think of from every “official” platform/service - TV, box sets, movies, sports and PPV events - including National League games 👍🏻
How much? £30 for 12 month subscription. THIRTY of your English pounds for a whole year.
Love it. Stop being absolute MUGS and paying through the nose to simp for Rupert Murdoch and Jeff Bezos.

We don't pay for any sport or films etc so we have a basic bt subscription. Can't get near the tv my wife watches soaps and records daytime tv! To be fair to her I really don't want to watch sport on TV live. I do like watching highlights though. Shame BBC and ITV Channel 4 etc are being priced out of the market in even showing highlights in our country. To me that is what the regulator needs to get a grip on. Someone in the UK can't even watch a sporting events highlights in their own country unless they pay.

If you can get to a computer or phone you can watch any Premier League highlights on YouTube within about an hour of the game finishing. You can also always watch MoTD on the iPlayer website whenever you want.

I agree that it's too expensive with all the different channels these days.
That said, I also think shopping in general is too expensive, but I don't go round shoplifting and certainly wouldn't be brazen enough to tell everyone else how easy it was afterwards!

See, this is where the discourse in all of this breaks down.
Football, the work class ballet, has to some degree been stolen from the poor and given to the rich in pursuit of greed. I don’t mind people taking for free something that I would be unwilling to take for free to make a point because they feel they are part of something they are being financially excluded from, even if that means I don’t take it for free myself.
I think we should stop punching down at people on issues exactly like this and we should be punching up. So good on anyone who’s having somebodies pants down in circumstances like this.

If you see someone shoplift food… no you didn’t! From a supermarket, yeah. Not from a small independent shop. Although even then, if supermarkets realise things are being nicked, they start cutting jobs and putting prices up, and make their staff's lives a misery by blaming them for it. Some retailers treat their staff like absolute shit. Radical thinking I know but it would be better if people could just afford to eat.

Good, I work in a creative industry where many people I know are no longer getting work, or their companies are really struggling to get investment because piracy is killing the industry. Everything you watch costs money, pay for your content FFS. People who cheat the system are no better than thieves.

It’s just paying subs to organised crime instead.

Find it hard to believe the multi-billion dollar conglomerates like Sky, Netflix, Apple and Amazon are struggling due to Dave and his dodgy box.

FFS is this going to be top of the discussion list every time someone watches their dodgy box. How about those that use one don't constantly go on about how they're watching Southampton v Fulham for a millionth of a penny and those that don't have one either get one or just stop going on about it?

To be fair the thread is about firesticks so don’t have to read it.
Us Firestick enthusiasts can wax lyrical about it in here going forward now we’ve got our own thread.
Love my Firestick family.
