Dougherty and Allen are doing food in the Blues Bar from 5pm until kick off - Chicken Madras, Pilau rice and a naan for £4.50. That's my tea sorted!
This is exactly the sort of thing we signed up for in 2010.

My Mrs had the chili on Saturday, said it was superb. D&A food is top drawer to be fair.

Well, to put it into perspective, some might say the same about National league in comparison to the Premiership. We still watch it though and most of us are proud to do so I say good luck to our Ladies and for the record it's non of crap, boring or slow. Short sighted indeed.

Cosmo Smallpiece was short sighted!! On the other hand, all blue4life did was express his opinion, and clearly his opinion is that it is crap, boring and slow.

As far as our team goes, is it not just made up of Chester Uni students from elsewhere? I was disappointed that the club didn't follow on from the markers put in place with the well-established long-standing Chester City Ladies to almagamate.

It's pointless comparing the men's game to the women's - it would be like comparing the way we play to Barcelona - and I know i'd prefer to watch us play any day, so you have to respect people who watch the ladies.
Out of interest, if England Women played in the men's pyramid, what level do you think they could compete at?

Out of interest, if England Women played in the men's pyramid, what level do you think they could compete at? Chester and District League. Remember the story of the first choice Australia women's X1 getting beat something like 11-0 by a boys Under 15s team a few months ago?
