Hello everyone! My name is Tom, I am a student at the University of Glasgow but grew up in Cheshire and I'm currently carrying out fieldwork for my dissertation. I am investigating the globalisation and spread of interest for English football and how this rise in international interest is impacting the English leagues, with a particular look at the lower and more national leagues. To do this I have picked Chester FC as a case study, working with staff and volunteers to help get an idea about the club but now I need your help!
I would love to hear what the fans of Chester FC think of this topic so below I have attached a questionnaire that I have written that should only take you a few minutes to fill out. I have also written an introduction page at the beginning of the questionnaire that explains my study and what you need to know about taking part in this study, for example that you will stay anonymous in my research. However, the one thing that I need to reiterate is that you must be over 18 years old to carry out this questionnaire due to my University's ethical policy.
