It's not a tough decision thought is it? Sack the clueless one now and pay whatever that costs, or be in the conference north next season. I don't mean to be dramatic but we either sack this deluded simpleton now or we will not be in the football league ever again Macca not the one then?

Yes, that calculation contains the autumn run that he still can't let go of from last season. Without that his average is less than a point a game as is his average without Sharps as assistant. Dead right. From the start of last season to date, McCarthy averaged 1.36 points a game while Sharpes was here and less than a point a game without Sharpes. Projected for a full season - with Sharpes 62 points without him 43 points. The figures speak for themselves. So does your massive erection every time you mention Sharpes (sic)

Survival form overall but it's the recent form of 2017 that is unacceptable. Has to turn it round very quickly. Yes, that calculation contains the autumn run that he still can't let go of from last season. Without that his average is less than a point a game as is his average without Sharps as assistant. I can't believe that there are still people that poo poo the idea of the "Sharps Effect " from last season. The numbers are incontrovertible evidence that without his assistant Sharps, McCarthy would have suffered relegation last season. Unfortunately it has only been delayed for 1 season without the drastic action that with have to come sooner rather than later.
