Results business and draws are also negative. The performance have been dire and unfortunately the guy knows nothing about football mangement or tactics for that matter, he can watc as many DVD's as he wants. There's a few managers who are not in work who could do a much capable job.

Played 7 lost 2.....sack him ? And replace with who exactly? Keep the faith ! More concerning is we have only won once and we are in the bottom 4. He was backed over the summer and we are seeing the same shite as last season. All we are seeing is a continuation of last seasons tactics and underperformance albeit with some different players in the squad. If we don't get 3 points on Tuesday then it is disgraceful if he hasnt been dismissed. We could find ourselves to far adrift by the time a tough decision is made.

I suspect you may be a WUM, but I'll ask anyway, Having played 7 won 1 , and not won at home since December 2016 , please could you elaborate on why fans should "Keep the faith ", as you put it ?

It's not a tough decision thought is it? Sack the clueless one now and pay whatever that costs, or be in the conference north next season.
I don't mean to be dramatic but we either sack this deluded simpleton now or we will not be in the football league ever again

Played 7 lost 2.....sack him ? And replace with who exactly? Keep the faith ! I'm normally one who is for the equilibrium and not for a knee jerk reaction, but there is no faith to keep. This is only going one way with McCarthy in charge. There must be a savvy lower league manager around who can get the best out of these players in a way that he patently can't.

Played 7 lost 2.....sack him ? And replace with who exactly? Keep the faith ! Another way to look at it is 7 points from 7 games, four of which were at home. The last team to stay up with 46 points from 46 points was Telford five years ago.

We don't need a fake fact for us to make us think he's a shit manager though, we al think it, bar one of us.

By my calculations, since Christmas we have won 5, drawn 5 and lost 19 - that's 20 points won out of a possible 87. (0.7 pts a game which equals 32 pts a season).
Does anyone in their right mind still think he should not be sacked?

For the record its 30 games including trophy and senior cup.
4 wins in 30 games 4 clean sheets v Halifax this season and then Southport away, Bromley away and Torquay away last season. Seem to remember southport who the hit bar twice and were unlucky on the day, Torquay had a man sent off, Halifax were dire and we were just as bad.
How on earth is this guy still in a job looking at these stats.

Does anyone in their right mind still think he should not be sacked? That average points score is incredible. Only that Autumn run brings McCarthy's all time record to just over a point per game. I'm sure it will all click soon though and we will all be proved wrong.

Survival form overall but it's the recent form of 2017 that is unacceptable. Has to turn it round very quickly.

Yes, that calculation contains the autumn run that he still can't let go of from last season. Without that his average is less than a point a game as is his average without Sharps as assistant.

Dead right. From the start of last season to date, McCarthy averaged 1.36 points a game while Sharpes was here and less than a point a game without Sharpes. Projected for a full season - with Sharpes 62 points without him 43 points. The figures speak for themselves.
