I guess you're thinking of pulling the trigger on Mr Mellon
PLEASE DON'T DO IT IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS
Let the reborn CFC be the ones that print his P45 on 7th October!

P.S Sorry, delirium is setting in, it's amazing what a win and a large glass of red can do!

One more bad result and I think he'll be gone. Mate from work thinks he should stay and be given the funds to address the unbalance to their side as the money they use for sacking him could easily be better spent on a couple of defenders.
Plus there seems to be unrest with Andy Cook too, who wasn't happy they brought in Alabi and Waring.
All good fun isn't it!

Noticed on Tranmere's forum there's some complaining about the way Keates and the Goat players celebrated the goal. This is coming from the team Andy Cook plays for, right?

Lest we forget James Norwood. Bizarre how every time they've scored against us they've decided to celebrate in front of Chester fans rather than with their own fans. Its rare these days now I'm a bit older I can't stand opposition players but I can safely say I can't stand that pair or the goalie Davies.

It's quite an achievement to have three unsporting Bell-ends in the same team. Brodie would fit in nicely.

Akintunde vs McNulty it's going to be beautiful. This is the best chance of beating Tranmere since they dropped into this league.

Assuming Mellon goes I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to tempt John Coleman as his successor. No doubt Ronnie Moore will be linked as usual too.

They insist there aren't, but I think there must be problems behind the scenes at Tranmere. The way they've fallen over the past 7-8 years is on par with Leyton Orient, and they've been through several respected managers, as well as some peculiar appointments (John Barnes, Rob Edwards). There comes a point where you can't keep blaming managers.

John Coleman is manager of Accrington Stanley
Chris Coleman is manager of Wales.

My bad. I apologise. I should pay more attention to what I read. As my teachers used to say, "Easily distracted and must concentrate on the tasks in front of him" 4/10

If, he had purposely ran to the Wrexham fans he might have got a yellow card. Also, if he'd run there the fans might've spilled onto the pitch. There was enough there. Besides, he didn't really milk it 'a la Andy Cook' in front of your fans, like the aforementioned at Chester last season? Totally quiet goal celebration. I think he had the sense not to celebrate and get a yellow card, spark pitch invasions etc

Reminds me of George Horan's last minute winner at Gigg Lane against FCUM - sparked absolute scenes but he had th nous to detour and slide in front of the empty stand to the side.

Seem to remember that George was on a booking too so most probably would have got sent off for celebrating (sounds bloody stupid & something that should be looked at again by the authorities but piss-ups and brewery's spring to mind with the FA)

Great day that. Our first visit to a proper ground as a reformed club. The scenes at Tranmere last season were on a par. Those little snippets remind me why I keep going despite all the dross and misery. Absolutely priceless.
