I can see there’s a certain other moderator who is allowing his political leanings to massively influence his moderating this evening - something he’s already been warned about that previously. And it isn’t Everhopeful. Nothing to do with my political feelings I just do not think its right to call fellow fans scum because they have a different opinion to you

Sorry Si I disagree in this case what FOP put on here earlier was despicable and an insult to a lot of Chester fans myself included I haven't bothered with this board for a while but even so we should not be allowing disgusting comments just because people don't agree with his views So just to clarify, you don’t agree with the view that children shouldn’t starve? Right, got it. It explains why you’re mass deleting all of Ian’s posts where he is providing links to this information, as demanded by other posters. The only post I have deleted is yours calling Chester fans scum

There’s no need, it’s an off-topic forum on a non-league football club’s supporter’s independent messageboard.

Why he feels the need to cover-up bad Tory press on a non-league football clubs supporters message board off-topic section I do not know. I don't think there was one single post where any body said that they thought the food on display was value for money. In fact most posters actually agreed with you. But and the big but is you don't leave it there you come out with your usual conspiracy theory and do your best to cause an argument. You have no evidence that the government had anything to do with the portions in fact some schools used their own suppliers, and were equally disapointed

I'm not savvy with import/export so might be a stupid question - were businesses aware of exactly what paperwork would be required if we didn't have a deal in place and what would be required if we did? If so then, fair enough, you probably should have had both sets in hand then thrown away the set you didn't need. You'd have to eat the cost of course, but I suppose you'd do it if it was essential to keep you trading. If not I can see how it would be difficult for some businesses at short notice. Depends on the goods being shipped. I deal with medicines which are heavily regulated. And the terms we have with our NI customers mean they sort the customs declarations out. But even so, good preparation and last minute agility was done before the deadline where I work. I doubt foodstuffs are bound by the same level of regulation so I have no sympathy You have no sympathy for people in Northern Ireland struggling to buy food?

Arlene Foster and the DUP were vigorously opposed to this and has been imposed on them after the Tories threw them under the bus.

Why cant every body agree. If you need to export you need the relevant paper work. And I would be surprised if it was a mole hill let alone a mountain. Exaggeration lends nothing to an argument. Do it once do it right keep a template of the said paperwork and hey ho push the button and of you go.

Do it once do it right keep a template of the said paperwork and hey ho push the button and of you go. Since the Brexshit Referendum the Tories have spent 4 years telling anyone who’d listen that would be no requirement for customs checks between GB and NI. Then suddenly on 6 December 2020 that changed, giving hauliers less than a fortnight to sort out paperwork. But it’s okay, HMRC is launching an App to ease customs checks and reduce paperwork. The App has still not been launched and no date has been given for when it will go live. I appreciate the Tory voters on here are ever so anxious to hide their shame and embarrassment, but the mental gymnastics (in the case of Oaks Blue, a forward roll) you go through to absolve the Tories of any blame for their abject failures is something to behold.

How many times would you send goods with the wrong paper work, once would be one to many.
