To put today's performance in perspective - Only two teams are in a worse run than us, one of which is Maidstone.

After last weeks debacle I was pretty fed up as most people were as we were tactically inept but at least Macca admitted to cocking it up, fair play everyone makes a mistake but you learn from it. Looks like he's been bunking off school all week as it seems he's learnt sod all and that's the big worry

One huge positive from this hiding is that McCarthy can now surely see that players like George, Joyce, Durrell, Horward and Hudson are not good enough for this level. A huge clear out needed from this small squad. He's probably got them in mind for the Conference North |

Don't worry we only need 10 points from 13 games it wouldn't would it? The results since Christmas would suggest we can easily be relegated. Come back Simon Olorenshaw, there was a vision and a strategy that seems to have been lost since he stepped down. |

That team selection is just being pig headed and trying to prove he was right. Back to basics is Hughes and Astles at centre back, Lloyd and shaw at centre mid and George and Joyce in the stand.

At first ,seven years ago we didnt need a chief executive ,then suddenly we did ,then after a couple of years we didnt again . the club has been poorly run in the last 4 years . We have had a succession of paid employees ,none have done the job as well as the volunteers did in the first 3 years . Why did the directors allow Jon Mc Carthy take on an assistant who had already stolen a wage as a player ! yet another manager has been given free rein to do as he likes without justifying his decisions . Most of our home displays this season have been dire . Time a few arses were kicked . does anyone at the club have the guts to do it ?

Killock and Richards on for Shaw and Joyce its a bit late at 4-0 it takes him 45 mins each week to decide who to play and what formation to use . Little wonder we dont win many games |

If anyone is to be blamed for that it's not Chris, he put his conditions forward and the club still wanted him it's JM and te boards decision. So let's think about what we're actually saying. 4-1 pretty embarrassing, if I remember rightly it was a 3-1 loss to them at the start of the season that sparked the 3-0 win against Daggenham? Anyway poor day for football but still fairly embarrassing to read some of the comments from Drama Queens United. |

It's not one defeat though is it? It's been going on since mid-Decemeber and has been getting progressively worse. In the meantime our manager has been handed a two and a half year contract, he has made it clear he wants to re-sign the no hopers from this year's squad and we are skint. Think there is every reason to be a little fed up.

That's what Simon did, in his time there he dealt with the Football Secretary, the Commercial Manager and the First Team Manager. That's what you get if you have someone with a bit of business acumen and is a professional. Sadly, as a club, we are unable to employ someone of his standard, which is what we desperately need. |

We're paying an assistant manager who doesn't turn up on match days, pretty astounding really. Yes obviously it's JM and the board's decision, still doesn't mean his wage could be better spent elsewhere, say on someone who actually wants to turn up for our games |

It isn't unacceptable that we are unchanged after Gateshead. Luke George is our captain yet his best position is suspended. This 4-5-1 with no width and accommodating Joyce and George needs putting in the bin He's a fucking dog. We keep someone who's main priority is a dwindling football punditry position or employ someone who actually gives a shit about the club & can make a difference without slurping a wage from a club with already limited resources,works both ways pal. |
