Apparently there has been a balls up on Sky Sports with someone announcing that we are signing Omar for £1m
I'll presume it's really Wigan but twitter is full of Forest, Leeds and Reading fans who want him

Eastleigh are a strange club. They signed N'Gala for a reported club record fee of £60k 2 months ago and today reveal they have mutually agreed to part ways! They must have money to burn!
Mandron has also signed for Wigan.

on a chester point of view this has to be the quietest transfer seasons we had since we reformed only 4 in and 1 out so far usually now it's 16 in and a load gone

Big Jon has been happy with his lot for most of the season. He has spent his budget and stuck with it. If things hadn't gone so well, I'm sure there would have been more pressure on him to make signings but so far it has all worked out.

Noticed a Crewe fan on another forum earlier mentioning us being interested in one of their strikers Daniel Udoh. No idea if there's anything in that but they have just signed Johnny Margetts in the same position.

Been to watch Crewe a couple of times this season. Udoh has barely had a look in. Has come off the bench a few times but not done a great deal other than run around like a headless chicken. Not for me this one...

Grimsby have signed Calum Dyson on loan from Everton. Played a couple of times for us last season and think he could have been a good signing but Burr played him out on the left wing instead of his favoured centre forward (of course).

He had something about him but his attitude was awful and the masses of clubs he's been at since us would suggest nothing has changed. |

That striker who played once at Tranmere last season from Bournemouth (played on wing) has moved to Gillingham on loan.
