That striker who played once at Tranmere last season from Bournemouth (played on wing) has moved to Gillingham on loan. Harry Cornick and Joe Quigley have gone on loan to Gillingham from Bournemouth, not Josh O' Hanlon who we had from them last season he's just been released by Newport!

Dover sign James Caton who was actually released from Southport and Lincoln sign Billy Knott from Gillingham.

Eastleigh are a strange club. They signed N'Gala for a reported club record fee of £60k 2 months ago and today reveal they have mutually agreed to part ways! They must have money to burn!Mandron has also signed for Wigan. Their chairman said that in total it had cost his club around £100,000 but that the savings made on his wages would pay for a forward next season. As for N'Gala he signed for Gillingham on a short term contract. Unfortunately for him and the Gills, both the club and the FL seemed to have been unaware FIFA changed the rules this season. A player can only play for two clubs in a season. As a result his contract has been cancelled.

Eastleigh will be kicking themselves. Serves them right for letting him go.

Tom Peers now playing for Nantwich. Seems to have lost his way abit after leaving us. I would of liked to see what he was like under Macca.

Don't think Tom was good enough for this level. I think he should do ok at Nantwich.

Richard Brodie leaves Boston after just three games due to an 'internal matter'.
That's his 15th club by my reckoning.

Still don't get why we haven't signed Gary Roberts... Everyone complaining about Hughes playing at RB (out of position) move him in the centre and Gary RB. Local lad, works with Blacon Youth teams also so could bring them to games more younger fans. Yeah he's had a troubled past but seems to of kept his nose clean recently and looking at his stats, they speak for them-self.

I'd rather Macca gave one of the youth lads a run in the team than take a chance on a 30 year old who hasnt played at a decent level in years

The Gary Roberts propaganda machine in full swing again I see with the "Gary has changed", "He'd do anything to play for the club" lines coming out from his mates/family/Gary himself?
Too old, too slow, too drunk

Too old, too slow, too drunk too old? Just turned 30 last week. How old was Roberts when we had him at LB few years ago? 35/36 and still put in a class shift. Too slow? Plays Sunday league and down at goals weekly and I have seen him play running rings round semi pro/ex pros last week ... So too slow is out the question. Too drunk? Everyones allowed a beer now n then all make mistakes when there young. Local lad who turned it round already playing for his local club. Record from RB speaks for itself: 2016– Bangor City 14. 6 Goals. You're quite clearly clues chum

Difference is, Gareth Roberts was a model pro, looked after himself and was always in the gym when he wasn't training with the club.
You can't compare the two, because Gareth Roberts was 1,000 times the pro Gary was

He's still got it all there but no one to give him a chance gets scouted by L2/L1 on a reg. Id have Gary over Gareth. he plays part time at banger and plays 2/3 times locally and also running kids teams SO HE IS FIT.

Any calls for Gary Roberts to be given a chance are ridiculous, and need putting to bed. It's not a risk we need to be taking.
It's great that he's turned himself around and is working with local lads, so credit to him for that.

We're a community fan-owned club, so chances of having Gary Roberts are a no-no.

Missed a penalty and got sent off. Hardly the type we're looking for.

If we were interested the manager would have got involved a year ago. Fact is he isn't someone a community club would go for. Would rather we try to loan Theo again.

Wouldn't a community club give a player with a troubled past a chance not much community spirit if not.

i see barrow have brought in 3 loans from championship sides They have - Wigan defender Luke Burke + Blackburn's Matt Platt and Connor Thomson. That brings the total of players currently on loan at Barrow to eight. Crewe forward Daniel Udoh joins Solihull Moors on an initial months loan. QPR midfielder Gianni Crichlow joins Torquay on loan for the rest of the season. Barnsley defender Callum Evans joins Macclesfield on loan for the rest of the season. Southport sign Kevin Da Veiga Monteiro following his release from Airbus with Barrow winger Lindon Meikle and Dover midfielder Jim Stevenson also joining the Port on loan.

As well as discussions with Hudson & George, the Blues have offered improved deals to Tom Shaw & Wade Joyce with positive talks #contracts
Club captain Luke George and Saturday's goal scorer Blaine Hudson are the first to negotiate staying with the Blues #contracts #ChesterFC
