This thread had evolved into a Slimming World meet and greet session, so I thought I'd offer up my story. How is you telling us about your three star trip to Turkey dietary advice?? Any weight you put on will be lost once you’ve lost your game of Russian Roulette with the buffet anyway.

Reading this article it suggests that he played for us in his junior years, I didn't realise... "The towering 6`4” centre-half spent his junior years at Tranmere Rovers and Chester City before joining Wigan Athletic on a scholarship as a 16-year-old in 2010." link

Has anyone thought that maybe he’s just someone with a certain metabolism who finds it hard to shift weight? The idea that he just sits about eating chippy teas is ludicrous, it’s not like he’s a lazy slob on the pitch. At 6’4” and being of a big build, it’s hard to look that athletic. He may even have an eating disorder for all we know. People are way too quick to take the piss. Well if that's the case how did he shift SOME of the weight in the weeks after coming back from pre season break? sorry but it's down to weight management, portion size and calorie counting.
