I’m looking forward to this one after a much-deserved point at Chorley. Hereford have found life at this level tough so far, hence we must exploit that to extend our unbeaten record at home. A few of our players are starting to come back from injury now which should bolster our squad up a bit. As shown in our last few games we have coped extremely well with a tight squad, but with Gary Roberts and Anthony Dudley set to return over the next week that will improve us even further. Deane Smalley was also effective during the last 15 minutes at Chorley, so it may be suitable for him to start tomorrow.
This will be our final rearranged fixture before the Nuneaton match gets rearranged where a win will see us climb into the play-offs. Considering our rocky start to the season this is really impressive, and hopefully we haven’t finished yet.
Hereford FC will be making the journey from Herefordshire having made a mixed start to the season. They started off really well with a handful of wins, but since then they have slid down the table quite convincingly and are only a few places above the drop zone. Long-serving manager Peter Beadle was sacked by Hereford two weeks ago which lead to some controversy, so they’ll have a caretaker manager in place for tomorrow. Like us they are a phoenix club who reformed in 2014, and our ‘’relegation’’ to the Conference North was reprieved due to the old Hereford United being expelled. Also like us, they started off with 3 consecutive promotions despite them beginning a step lower than we did.
We’ll be hoping to pounce on Hereford’s poor run of form by winning another match at the Fortress Deva tomorrow night. This will extend our unbeaten run to 8, whilst we will jump into the play-offs with a win. Also, this will be the first of 2 matches I’ll be attending at the Swansway in 24 hours as our youth team host Wrexham on Wednesday - so make sure to get down there. Come On You Blues! Score: Chester FC (Deane Smalley, Hughes) 2-0 Hereford FC Attendance: 1,845 (138 Hereford FC) COYB!

They have recently signed a Dangerous forward Marlon Jackson.I think it was Marlon who scored 2 goals for Bristol Rovers when we drew 2.2 at the Deva in the Steve Burr era.Going for a 2.2 draw.

He’s still only 27, but like a few others, this is his fourteenth move!

I think it'll be a tight game (they've only scored 1 and conceded 3 from their 4 away games) - so I'll go for a 1-0 home win.
Love games under the floodlights - hope the drummer is bang on form as it makes a massive difference.

A tense game, but a 2-1 to the Blues. 1712 in attendance including 115 from Hereford. I predicted a draw Vs Chorley, so hope I'm on the money with this one as well.

We had the smallest forward line in living memory with Mahon Hughes and Murray. No complaints but we miss big striker even so if Hereford defend expect a 2:0 win.

Don't forget that Harry 'goal machine' White is now with Hereford. Bound to score. As I recall, he wasn't too keen on the physical side of the game so let Livesey, Howson et al mete out a couple of crunching, lower league tackles (fair, of course) early on and he'll soon be out of the equation. Going for 2-0 win with 1625 (110 from Hereford)

Another Tuesday night and another Piercy Party. What a time to be alive!
Noel and Liam have heard that Harry White is up top for them and is therefore resting “Shents” and playing Mrs Shenton instead.
Easy win for Chester Lads Club with our kit man doing a “Soul night” at Cruise to celebrate another win and Noel’s Birthday.

This would have been the highest crowd of the season if it wasn't for the flood. Hereford were flying Just a month ago and with it being a bank Holiday the crowd would have been close to 2,800.
Chester 2-0 Hereford, 1,974, (180 Hereford)
