A good result against a really dirty Hereford team, who kept leaving their foot in. How a penalty was not given when Hughes was brought down in the box beats me? . Really battling performance to get the points and Hereford got what they deserved. Nothing. Pritchard and Smalley did well when they came on. It is obvious that Pritchard is a winger or left sided midfield player. Just shows that some people on here are rather to keen to criticise and dismiss players as not good enough too early. Bernard Morley - " The refs excuse is that we didn't appeal for it" A referee’s devious or any match officials should not be influenced by anyone. That’s his job. Very poor excuse for not being firm and fair.

Great result, the defence looks solid with the 4 big lads, and going forward, Deane looks like he could be a brilliant option. Just gutted that this wasn't on a Saturday or the original bank holiday date. 3000+ if it would of been.

Possibly a bigger gate on the bank holiday but we probably would have lost. They were doing OK at that point and we were not. Agree Cestrian for Life, as it's turned out we've taken 7 points from those three postponed home games. Given the way we were defending back then there's every chance we wouldn't have seen such a good return from that group of games had they been played at the right time.

You can see why Hereford are in freefall, thuggish football will only get you so far, decent footballing teams will eventually succeed and there are a few in this division, us included. As for us tonight, another strong performance coupled with real flair in spells. The pass for Pritchard's goal was superb, if it was in the Premiership people would have been raving about it. The energy in midfield is staggering, Stopforth and Mahon in particular both of whom play like men possessed! Mahon is reborn and clearly is enjoying his football again unlike last year - then again neither players or fans were exactly ecstatic last season! We are genuinely beginning to look like contenders for a playoff spot now. If Chorley slip up, and they weren't that special on Saturday, we might even mount a challenge for the top although it may prove a step too far for us this season. Whatever, there's a real momentum building here now - who knows where that might take us over the next few weeks and months. It's great to be looking forward to our games for the first time in ages Remarkably we are only 10 points off Chorley with 32 games to play. Still feel Kidderminster are the better team though. Just had a look a t the league table, we have played 6 of the top 8 (I guess 7 as we can't play ourselves), a much tougher start than Chorley, the highest played team they have faced has been Brackley I think. There's still a long way to go.....

The non-penalty - anywhere else on the field and he gives a free kick - regardless of whether we appeal for it or not! Drives me mad how the rules seem to change inside the area.
Effort levels were immense. That was the most noticeable thing for me.
Loved the passes for both second half goals.

I don't get the refs reasoning with we didn't appeal its bloody football not cricket the referee is there to ensure fair play and award free kicks penalties etc for fouls there is nothing in the rules that states players have to appeal for free kicks to be given whereas in cricket the fielding side has to appeal to the umpire for a batsman to be given out

Just woke up from a really bad nightmare, I dreamt Harry White was still playing for us. Were you not impressed by his new "hard man" persona? Right little toughy he is now. Leaving his foot in and using his elbows all night. Still one of the very worst to grace the Deva.

Didn't appeal for it!? He had the whole ground calling him every name under the sun. Gutless from the referee. The dumb f*ck*er ~~~~ did he think he was a cricket umpire?

We're not going to get that many until we play Stockport (if the SAG don't make it all-ticket), which it's likely they will.

I think we'll win 2-0 in a relatively straight forward fashion. 1710 in attendance. Tuesday night gates are always lower, and to be honest you couldn't claim there's been much to advertise there's a game on tonight. Be interesting to see if Harry White just suffered in a very poor side last year, or whether he's just that bad. 5 out on attendance is pretty good going.

For anyone who is wondering, Harry White has possibly got even worse than when he was impersonating a footballer for us last season. One of the worst footballers I have ever seen. I was worried he'd come back to haunt us, but wow - he was somehow worse than when he was with us, i agree. Regards the game we got away with a couple of errors first half, the number 10 spurning an absolute belting chance and a free header at the back post. 2nd Half dominated tbf and Hereford had nothing. Stockport better not be all-ticket, it should be our biggest gate of season but we wont touch 4,000 ffs

Thought we were excellent most of the game besides a few silly errors that weren't punished.
Who threw the long throw towel in the bin last night? That was absolutely hilarious. I thought the FA banned using them during Rory Delap's time?

They say that good teams grind out results even if not at their best. We were no where near as good last night as Saturday but to come away 3-0 is great given H dominated for significant chunks of the game. To do that despite the dirty tackling and that by the end we should have been playing 9 men and had a penalty is even better.
If someone could guarantee me 90 mins at the return fixture of Matty Hughes up against the defender that took him out i’d buy the ticket now!

Much deserved second goal scored by sub Pritchard 👍👍👍👍 I like Pritchard - v direct and it gets results. Some of the others should be more direct/take earlier shots from time to time rather than trying to walk it in “total football” style. The goalies at this level are v prone to mistakes/palming it back into danger.
