Cue a shed load of witty comments 😀 Usual one from Wrexham supporters. Big circus at the top of Bumpers Lane and there is a tent next to it.

Bunch of clowns running around making fools of themselves is not for me anymore I'm afraid so I'm not renewing my season ticket. Now then what's this about a circus

We've already put on a New Year's Day circus performance at the Deva.
It was known as the Cirque Du Solihull!

All money coming in! Well done to all involved who I'm assuming is Mark McGuire. I also believe the car boots are running right through the summer and the club just getting a fee. All sounds good to me.

professional company ! That's even worse. I'll give it a month before it stops As soon as the club announces something positive someone is always quick to knock them down. I went to the first car boot and there were a few there and if you have a look at the flyers it is in the afternoon so not competing with the countess. Give the club a break for God' sake if it lasts a month, it lasts a month who cares as long as we are trying.

What do u think we'll get £100,£200,£500. 20 cars at say £7 a pitch =£140 less their expenses, staff costs etc.might be enough left for a burger

The amount is many times more than your calculations. I am sorry to disappoint you but it is a very nice profit for our football club.

Exactly they pay a nice fee, virtually nobody turns up . Cannot continue. Like I said a month only The contract is for the fixed term and we get paid for that. It is well worth it for us. The company has lots of experience and is confident of success. However, when they run these car boot sales the people who gain from them are of course supportive, they have probably never been in a situation where they are smeared and vilified in the hope they will fail.

Good luck to the guy, if he is experienced at running I hope it builds and he makes money. If he doesn't then nothing lost on our side. Win win for the football club. We could do with one at the moment anyway.

Had a walk round town today and noticed posters advertised for the circus in a lot of shop windows. Also a huge billboard outside morrisons, every Tom, dick and Harry will know the circus is on. Why isn't this done to advertise our matches?

We have very few paid employers and who would do their jobs if they went on the streets. You could have easily gone in the shops and Morrisons and at least asked the cost of the advertising. Then you would have some useful information. But no you saw the adverts and thought great I can go and have a whinge on Deva-Chat and I can get personal and defame folk. There are people who see something broken and think "I will fix it" and others who see it broken and think "who can I blame". You and the other moaniacs on here belong to the second group who are of little use to anyone.

[br The club are clearly paid a fee for renting out their land to the circus and it is up to the circus to recuperate their expenditure and to make a profit. Whether you and your son goes will have no effect on the income to the club. However if you do go have a great time

No charge at all for it being in her window. There we go mr. Volunteer, I did a bit of work for the club.

That's splendid. Doesn't it feel good to be useful. Imagine how it would feel if you printed off the announcement on facebook and twitter and asked your good wife to put it in the shop.
