If there are several clubs interested in signing Sam, why don't they put a bid in now and make a pre contract agreement rather than wait for a tribunal. Even if they offered more than a tribunal would be expected to decide, the difference would be insignificant for a premiership or championship club and at least they would have their man - or maybe a club has already done this.

Be interesting to know if young Sam and his family had an Agent representing him,if so, he would obviously be on a percentage of any fee involved in a move etc.

Raggett from Lincoln is being linked with a £100k move to WBA which is a nothing for probably the best defender outside of the league.

when is his contract up? once he is out of contact all that can be claimed is reasonable development costs this is open to interpretation some of the figures mentioned on here are wishful thinking. plenty of lower league clubs have been "turned over" by league clubs and received a pittance for young players. Depends what Sam wants to do.. hope the lad gets what he actually wants.
