Phew . . . who would be brave enough to guess a home score? Hopefully a win in front of 1,725, with 50 from Barrow.

At least it's not me starting the thread for a change. Anyway, we only need one more win to get a possible relegation battle out of the water and hopefully we can win tomorrow to put the pressure off us. It will be interesting to see Ross Hannah play for them tomorrow, with Barrow having a tough squad who are hard to beat. However I can see us hopefully getting a positive result tomorrow if Macca pairs Astles with Hughes in a 4-4-2. I don't like Barrow in general; filthy place with common as muck inhabitants. Furthermore, it's yet another team with an ambitious owner yet they sometimes get crowds under 1,000. Score: Chester FC (Alabi, Richards) 2-1 Barrow Attendance: 1,805 (105 Barrow) I'm looking forward to it 🔵⚪. COME ON BLUE BOYS!

1-2, Shaw to score for us. 1400 souls in attendance given that nobody seems to know about the game and there is a circus on the car park.

Wonder what the Safety Advisory Group have to say about 2 events happening on the same site tomorrow? I have a season pass for the car park, you'd have thought a courtesy email warning me I will need to get there very early if I want a space might have been a good idea.

You all take care you turn up at the right event. If there's a clown falling over a lot that will be Richards and the football match 😂

Hopefully not a loss, I'd happily grind out a point against these at the moment. 1-1

Absolutely farce nothing that has been said by the club, not even a 'everything will run as normal for Tuesday nights game' Are they just going to wait for the disgruntled fans to moan that they can't get on the car park. It doesn't suprise me though.

All depends if Hughes and Hunt play, arguably our best two players of the season.

Hannah will get a hand shake and a well done from me, departed with a touch of class and was superb for us, shame we didn't see him here longer.

Hannah got over 20 goals in the least creative Chester team I've seen in years, he will get a massive round of applause.

"Here's to you Rossy Hannah, Chester miss/love you more than you will know... woahhh" is a chant people want to sing tomorrow. I'm going for Chester 3-2 Barrow, Dawson, Alabi and Durrell. 1682 in attendance with 93 Barrow.

Tough call this one depends on if Hughes is fit to play and we play 4-4-2 then posibbly edge it 2-1 if hes not then a draw at best

Give him stick if you can honestly say you would turn down a job where your wages were to be doubled and more. I doubt that you would. Without Hannah, we wouldn't be in this league. He owes us nothing and was only here for a year so why should we expect loyalty from him. Good luck Ross, apart from tonight of course.

who ever boos or calls hannah a judas and gives him unwanted stick are no chester fans we will be ever so grateful for what he did last season under a clueless burr
if it was not for hannah we could well be struggling in conference north now

Let's get behind our team, worked away and funnily enough got a result with your 'clown' being one of the better players. Funny what players can do without the morons in the crowd jeering their every mistake.

First home win since 17/12/16 very unlikely when coupled with the fact that Barrow have 100% win record against us as reformed club.
I would imagine Byron Harrison at 6' 3" will be their danger man (18 goals this season), not to mention Jordan Williams.
I'll buck the trend and say 2-2 (Shaw and Astles) 1,439 (58 Barrow).

The club has tweeted about parking being limited but offered no further advice than that. Anyone know if people who've paid for a season parking pass guaranteed a parking space tonight? I can see a few complaints coming the club's way if not.

Why is it raining AGAIN? 😫 Chester home game = rain. Same as it has been all season! Must have taken a few off the gate each game. Supposed to be dry later though.

Can't see the boss risking Hughes as he wasn't fully fit on Saturday. Hunt and Lynch both took knocks as well so I could see him ringing the changes as a win tonight isn't quite as desperate as it was on Saturday.

Then when it came to Bromley on Saturday the weather was lovely here. Weather it's raining or not, it won't put put me off from watching Chester.
