I wasn't suggesting for one minute that we have an all out boycott of all games until JM goes. I was just responding to the original suggestion of showing red cards at the last game of the season. The last home game of the season is usually a party atmosphere (unless your relegated), and I just think that the board would sit up and take notice if the ground was empty and they knew the reason why. I get all the "you're only hurting the club by not giving then your money" argument, but it would only be a one off game and I firmly believe that if JM stays next season, then the club will be in a much worst financial situation when we are relegated! Just my opinion, but I'm entitled to it as much as anyone else. I'm also entitled to decide when and where I spend my hard earned cash - and the club should take note, and not take it for granted that we'll keep turning up every week no matter what sort of dross we're served! I personally won't boycott matches, but I respect your opinion that you should. As you say, you're entitled to your opinion and to spend your money as you wish.

Isn't the last game of the season when the youth sides parade around the pitch? They deserve a decent turn out - as will Sam Hughes and potentially James Alabi, who will probably be playing their last games for us.

I have just read the latest ramblings of our " manager " in the chronicle www.chesterchronicle.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/chester-fc-boss-jon-mccarthy-12948585He is in another world, he just carries on the same rubbish as he did when he was an assistant manager, budget budget budget, he knew what he was taking on; so shut the f*** up about it . I agree that he was the cheap option, but do not agree that we are a cheap low class club, which is what he infers! He more or less says that his " aim " for next season is to stay in the league, what lack of ambition, how can you expect players to be up for it ;when they are told we only need to stay in the league ! His weird logic will take us down, so please all of you speak up to get rid. And if as many say, he is a nice man, he would do the right thing and resign, but he is here for the pay off and nothing else ! I've had sympathy for him up to now because we've had some serious bad luck in terms of injuries and I think his "tinkering" is a byproduct of this in the main. But his interviews are getting worse and are only making his position even more untenable. He says that we didn't have the resources to sign a striker in January like we have done in the past with McBurnie, Taylor and Hughes, but somehow we had the money to sign Will Marsh, Lucas Dawson and Liam Davies to add to our ever growing list of central midfielders?!

I would imagine we are paying very little to the three players you highlight. However, it does stand to reason still as to why we were bringing central midfielders in, using whatever peanuts were in the budget still. It is the same illogical recruitment that was the end of Burr.
