A little tune about a old friend, some fans might remember him.

Their club side top of the league and their national team playing at a World Cup for the first time in 64 years.
And yet Wrexham fans still seem so preoccupied with Chester that they started chanting that they hate us in that weird Robbie Savage programme on BBC Wales the other night. Bless.

Nonse, a pretty shitty reply, even for someone from a relatively small area like Bruera.Youll be used to saying what you want to anyone on social media with no comeback.

Few too many white lightning on Christmas Day up in Acrefair was it? You sad little man. And I’ll say it to your face but unfortunately I don’t frequent job centres and primary schools.

Nothing wrong with him cashing in on the sell outs. Seen a few Chester/Tranmere/Shrewsbury scarves over the years he's been there.

Mad what a stand can do to do a football ground, just looks like a field like at Leamington. One day you'll have a 4 sided ground like ours.

I agree, can you imagine if this was happening to us….we certainly wouldn’t stand (pun very much intended) for it…but it is what it is…it’s all part of the regeneration program including hotels and car parks etc…but yeah..£3.5 million quid for a new stand would be very affordable for the new owners I think.. The club are just trying to exploit the situation so the people really at fault are the politicians. How on earth they think that levelling up money designed to help poor people in Wrexham should be used primarily to add to the wealth of two American millionaires is beyond belief. Levelling Up funding has been turned down. An attempt at a piece of political corruption that was too blatant to defend it appears.

Rightly so. No way should the U.K. taxpayer, especially in current circumstances, be forking out for a multi-millionaire-owned private football club to have a facelift of their stadium.
Doesn’t matter which club it is.

Surprising given that "Levelling Up" just seems to mean rewarding towns that voted Tory. Maybe they think Wrexham is such a safe seat they don't need to bother?

Rightly so. No way should the U.K. taxpayer, especially in current circumstances, be forking out for a multi-millionaire-owned private football club to have a facelift of their stadium. Doesn’t matter which club it is. Wrexham Council in a private confidential meeting have voted to give 17 million pounds of UK taxpayer money to Hollywood FC. The money was given to the Council by the Welsh Government to fund the Eastern Part of the Wrexham Gateway Project. The money was intended for transport infrastructure connected to Wrexham Station and the local bus network. The Council Executive Board has diverted this money to pay for a new stand at the Racecourse Ground. The Welsh Government does have tax raising powers but does not use them and all their money comes from general taxation by means of a block grant from the UK Government. So we are all going to fund a new stand for the Hollywood duo.
