Give it up, you are making a complete fool of yourself (although that doesn't seem to difficult for you to do). Let me put this in simple terms for you as you are struggling to comprehend such a simple situation. So Hannah has one year left on his Barrow contract. It looks like he wont be automatic first choice therefore meaning he wont get as much game time for the upcoming season. He has probably been told this by the manager. An offer comes in from Chester with a two year contract thus meaning that he has security of contract for a two year period. Other clubs may have only offered him a one year contract which means in simple terms (which you are obviously failing to get your head round) means he doesn't have the security that Chester have offered him. Also, had he stayed at Barrow he would've only had one years security of contract and this time next year would be without a club. With him now being at Chester he will have a club next season and one which the fans absolutely love him. Now read that back to me and tell me what part you do not understand?? |

Win win for all parties |

All history now but Mills was/is a 1st class fake and signed players last season that were not fit to wear the shirt. If Hannah was offered a 12 month contract by the Reds( don't believe it) I would be surprised he didn't take it but all this tripe he is now spouting just shows he is just after money and somewhere top play for a few years. Ask yourself the question if Hannah still had 12 months on his contract at Barrow on good money why would he leave ? Still he does look a good signing for you . Clearly your floodlights aren't as massive as they used to be. He left for more money, 3 times more who wouldn't leave but he left with grace and our best wishes but even though he could of sat on his arse for another year first team football is paramount for him and this capture is massive for us as it would of been for you lot but unlike **** Rooney, Hannah has common sense. Not just common sense, Hannah is also a class both on and off the field, which is something missing in Rooney's makeup. |

What a legend! He turned down the goats to sign a 2-year deal with us. That's what I call loyalty. I am absolutely humbled that he has returned and can't wait to hear the chant and I can't wait to see him banging the goals in. Well done Macca, what a fantastic signing. devastated when he left last season but left with fond memories also sent a letter to the club thanking everyone who made him welcome from players staff and fans
he returns for 2 seasons we have seen legends come and go in the past hannah can make himself a top legend in the making
i'm no fan of the board i'm no fan of macca but credit where it's due they have addressed the on field problems and brought in quality proven players which is needed
that's 2 quality signings 2 more would be perfect

Have to say that although progress has been a little slow, the signings made so far have been pretty good. Realistically I don't expect the 3 young lads to break into the team, more likely to occupy a place on the bench occasionally, play in the senior cup or go on loan, but all the other signings have had experience at this level. Wasn't massively enthused by Bell but he's likely to be adequate enough backup alongside Akintunde to the presumably first choice duo of Hannah and White. I presume that we're banking on getting the money from Sam to help with paying Ross's wages, but its a no brainer to go for this when we know what he's capable of and we know about what sort of character he is. Resources need to be aimed in the central midfield area now, something we have consistently struggled with. I get the impression George has been given a take it or leave it lower offer, which in all honesty he was lucky to get, Shaw is taking a backseat, so we really need an experienced player in the middle there to potentially partner Dawson, who given a proper pre season could prove to be an asset. You've literally regurgitated everything I said before on Facebook here. Agree completely, mentioned about Dawson getting pre-season too. We definately need one or two commending centre mids. |

Slightly wrong but getting there. What I've heard is his agent was pushing for a move to Wrexham, and yesterday him and his agent were at Broughton Retail Park, his agent was at the Racecourse sorting out paperwork and whilst he was away, Hannah literally called up McCarthy, told him that he would join us if he offered a similar deal, Macca agreed and Ross drove over and then sorted out paperwork with us. Absolute hero to me. Unlucky Wrexham, he mustn't have noticed your massive floodlights when he went with his agent. |
