Treading water in the NLN for the next however many years or pushing for the NL.
If its the latter Cal will be given an ultimatum, if they are happy with the status quo then nothing will change.
For such a young manager i am absolutely shocked how inflexible tactically he is

Absolutely clueless, never seen a Chester following that toxic but completely justified IMO.
We looked like we were a league below Curzon, who were a well coached, athletic team. Cal, Glendon and Weeks can go. Hunter a completely fraud too btw. Need a proper manager in with a clue of what's needed at this level

It’s sadly come to an end for Calum for me. The club always comes first and it’s nowhere near good enough. He has lost the dressing room and no one is owed a living by this club.

I've fed up of us fans being patronised in press conferences by Mr Big Head. His stubborn, arrogant approach only works when it's backed up with results. He failed last season and this season is beginning to implode as well. He's got off lightly so far no matter how hurt he's portrayed himself to be at the criticism. If this was McCarthy, Bern @ Jono or Bignot the would have been a lot more said and sent their way. He refuses to reflect, thinks he knows best and yet again a season is in the process of disappearing down thr drain. So true this I’m afraid |

I have never posted to say Cal must go until now. The recent run of performances, total lack of goals, lack of passion and patronising comments from him suggest it’s time to go. Didn’t go today and thankful for that. If Rio leaves early then that alone should send a huge message to the board. This is Cal’s squad and no one else’s so only one person to blame. |

The fanbase has given Cal great support over the last two seasons but the back end of last season and now this drop of form this season shows a predictable pattern.We can all see it but Cal doesnt seem to see it.
We are rigid and predictable and every other manager seems to have worked us out.
Mid table at best under Callum.
Shame but that's how I feel its going to end up if he stays.
Play offs is a must
Really hope Cal doesn't start patronising us fans and start accusing us of being knee jerk as it's quite clearly not a knee jerk reaction.
Theres a pattern to how we play and set up and it's failed and most teams have sussed us out.
