I think he means Macca is genuinely a nice guy and won't speak bad of anyone or anything, it can come across as a little bit cuckold in the press but at the same time we don't know what he is like behind closed doors - it could be the hairdryer treatment in private and a vehement defence of his players in public. Could argue that's good player management.
