we are far too defensive at home . wouldnt mind so much if we were any good at it ,but we arent . no surprise really that home attendances have dipped

You know it's not our game when Astles is looking a bit lost. Can't help but feel that our defence overall hasn't been as good since Sharps went. This game is crying out for subs now

Tactics are completely wrong. Sorry to say it but Jon got it badly wrong after Vassell came off Why is Horwood playing at left back ffs? Get waters on You'd have a job to bring on somebody who isn't on the bench. |

The overweight Durrell looks like the only tv show he should be on is "You've been Framed". Falling over, slipping and making a clown of himself! Harsh. He made a mistake but was also clipped while trying to get back. He set up Shaw with a great chance too. If Durrell is overweight then what is Astles? Clinically obese? Astles has had his worst game for us today for me, skinned easily several times by Johnson who's been sharp. Also his mistake for second goal for ball watching as well as poor defending for the first. |

Terrible tactics from the very start of the game no way do you play one up front and expect not to invite lots of pressure, if we had the best defence in the league then maybe but we havnt, I'm sure the excuse will be the injury

I hate one up front, just don't see any point in it unless you're someone like San Marino whose only ambition is to keep the score down.

We have been dire today, no creativity, no width, no pace and once again we look unorganised in defence. How Joyce can start at this level is beyond me and I don't know what Macca sees in him. It's all well and good saying we have had a great season blah blah blah, the fact is we are in free fall, conceding too many goals and thankfully the first half to the season will see us safe.
