Had enough of Rio getting in here first all of the time, one for a Change I think I offence Rio but JM could do a better job ....hang on no he couldn't 😂 Anyway in to business I'm going for a well deserved 2-1 away win for the blues and back to back wins. Sorry Rio you will have to wait til the 🐐 game!

Might want a title more appropriate for a match thread otherwise people aren’t going find it

Onto the match itself, and it will be tricky on 3G. However, Maidstone’s home form has been quite poor which gives us a decent chance of picking something up, especially with the players restoring their confidence. Safe journey to all travelling down. Let’s bring something back. Up The Seals! Score: Maidstone United 2-3 Chester FC (Zanzala, Dawson, Shaw) Attendance: 2,242 (134 Chester) COYB!

At least it wont be called off by a sub soil drainage issue. This will be tough given our recent performances on plastic pitches. The lack of mobility in central defence is a major worry and i would like to see us give the central defenders a bit more protection with maybe Kingsley sitting in a more central deeper roll in front of them. Im going for a creditable 1-1draw with Ryan Astles scoring from a set piece.

Looking forward to this one as its my first chance to see a game this season and I'm encouraged after Tuesday nights performance however I think this is a tough one for us so I'm going for 1-1 with 127 Blues in attendance

Sorry Rio you will have to wait til the 🐐 game! Rio always does a poll though! I think it's really important not to lose this one as we need to keep the positivity. I'd be very happy with a nil nil draw to be honest, but I fancy us to score, especially with Archer now leading the line. Going for a 1-1 draw.

I’m going for 1-1 hope we play well fed up of hearing how poor we are from other teams supporters.

I'm thinking a Chester win today! 1-2! COYB. Archer to the rescue.

Second game of the season for me and the kid, first one was Tuesday night - I know, I know, poor.
Still, I am hoping that Tuesday night turns out to be the turning point of the season and we continue on the upward slope today. Having said that, I reckon a draw today will be a good result. I still have nightmares about our trip down there last season.

I hope i'm wrong but think it'll be down to earth with a bump on that pitch - Maidstone 2 - Chester 1

Halls starts in place of Tom Shaw due to injury. Imagine he's right side today? Hopefully means Kingsley will see more ball in the middle. Shaw is s big loss, 3 strikers on the bench as well so we're clearly going for a win.

Not going overboard but I've not seen performances like that since the purple faced Vaughan.

Very tough fixture. These are not football pitches they provide a massive advantage to the home team. Attitude and spirit will decide the result. I’ll take a draw now.

I think we're heading in the right direction, but Maidstone will have too much fire-power for us. I was going to say 1-1 but with Halls back in the team I'll say Maidstone 2, Chester 1.

Maidstone have drawn 5 of their 8 games at home so certainly not a lost cause. Would happily settle for a point today

back in the bottom 4 as it stands Could do with a Wrexham win today. there is gap emerging from the bottom 4 although there are always a couple of teams that have a massive slide down the table come the end of the season.

Purely as a distraction from the game during HT, I've just heard on 5Live that Salford's goalie was sent off vs Bradford PA for urinating!!!!!!
