I've lived in Wales all my life, I have Welsh-born relatives who are staunch Blues. Sure it's the same both ways. Hate Wrexham, not Wales.

It’s Chester vs Wrexham, England vs Wales, Haves vs Have Nots & Wolves vs Goats. It’s what makes this derby special, I don’t know of any other that crosses a national border.

Look at the map again before you refer to this as a cross-border match. Both teams play their football the same side of the border. Try looking at the Severnside Derby for a cross border derby. Unlike Chester v Wrexham, Cardiff v Bristol City is a real England v Wales derby.

The football club that represents the people & city of Chester is English which makes it an English-Welsh clash. Behave, there’s twice the distance between Cardiff/ Bristolthan Chester/Wrexham & that’s as the crow flies.

Only you could come up with such a ridiculous assessment. In denial or what? The clue is in the name. No border between the two clubs. p.s. For postal purposes Inverness is classified with the Hebrides but it's not an island is it?

Aberystwyth, on the West Wales coast has a Shrewsbury post code - literally the other side of the country.
