Primark has announced that it is moving its UK-based product operations in Reading to Dublin from September, affecting 220 jobs. But of course, this has nothing to do with Brexit whatsoever. Probably due to the fact they were making Diesel engines clothes or something. I’m sure a Brexshitter will be along to confirm this. Shame then for factual reasons that it’s nothing to do with Brexit according to the company, it’s part of an established ongoing review. www.retailgazette.co.uk/blog/2019/03/220-uk-based-primark-roles-moving-to-dublin/

To be fair, what they say in a statement just reflects what PR they want to generate and is not necessarily the truth. And they haven’t denied it anyway.
Not necessarily saying it is to do with Brexit, but there do seem to be a lot of big companies moving their operations elsewhere at the moment, and the timing will lead people to speculate.

Talking about how Brexit was all about taking back control, making our own laws and all that bollocks, but when challenged as to how the EU had had a negative impact on his day to day life, could only mention bent bananas. It would be hysterically funny if it wasn’t so tragic.

Tired of Brexitremists saying its got nothing to do with Brexit. When there is a clear correlation between companies and major banks relocatng to the EU. Mind you Brexshitters were never strong on evidence and fact, just vague notions of taking back control and its the will of the people. They wont be satisfied until the UK is a giant version of Stoke on Trent

Plus it's basically bad PR to publicly blame Brexit. You're in effect telling half the UK electorate that they're the reason it's happening, and a lot of them are quite sensitive souls as we know.

New car registrations are around 20% down this year across europe Do you think car manufacturers are going to produce cars they cant sell? Nothing to do with brexit LOL It’s a shame cancer rates aren’t 20% down given the delays to cancer testing and treatment caused by Brexshit (hard or soft). Just hope it doesn’t cause too many unnecessary deaths. Government/NHS announced last year bowel cancer screening to be rolled out to people over 55 years of age This is happening now, I know, I had my screening last December and given clean bill of health thankfully I would imagine a number of users on here will have been screened or due to be screened shortly

Lost a very good and close friend to bowel cancer a couple of years ago, he was 35, he and his wife had to fight for the GP to test him for it, by the time he was diagnosed it was too late. What about all the other variations of cancer, breast cancer is another one. My better half again had to fight with her GP to get referred after she found a lump, her GP was, as with my friend's case, dismissive of her concerns. She was right to be concerned after her diagnosis of stage 1 breast cancer. Fund the NHS as it should be, and stop the privatisation. If that means I have to pay extra through N.I. then so be it

Dispatches on Channel 4 at 8 o’clock should be worth a watch. All about the £millions Rees-Smugg and his cronies are making from Brexshit. Anybody who still thinks it’s about ‘taking back control’, democracy, blue passports or even bent bananas, need to give their head a wobble.

Him and Grayling have about as much as integrity as Diane Abbott has common sense.

If by some minute chance May's deal passes the commons. There is zero chance that the divisions caused by Brexshit will end. Three quarters of the 16-18 age group, would vote remain and I for one would actively ferment discontent ( amongst them) both with Brexit and with the Tory politicians, who created this mess. I will fight for a modern European country, not some backward, looking one held captive to Mindless Natiinalism. However long it takes.

I have a terrible feeling May’s Brexshit Deal will be voted through today. Most of the ERG have probably made a few bob off the two years uncertainty and besides, there’s no such thing as a Tory rebel, all can be bought off. It’s all very depressing and a massive backwards step for the U.K., but I know someone who will be pleased with all this...

What needs to happen is Article 50 to be extended and a no deal rejected, to either discuss a EEA compremise or a Second Referendum. If May had any decency she would call a GE The commons needs to take control and cut the ERG and the Tory headbangers adrift.

General election would be great. Which liar would you vote for. One good thing a lot of these will be voted out. One mp on the news tonight said I am voting against May. Reporter said your constituents voted leave. He said iam their representative and I don't think leave is the right thing. Wow the arrogance of these people

Leave the government in power and allow them to keep putting the NHS on its arse, making people homeless and driving them to food banks. Nice to see you've still got that tin foil on your head.
