And just how are you personally going to hold them to account. You are posting in a tiny bubble of about ten people. Hardly going to change the world. However small the circle you're talking in, if what you're saying has an impression on one person, they might then influence someone else, and so on.
People should never believe they're too small to make a difference. However, it is true that if you really want to change things, you need to do a bit more than ramble on the internet.

The only impression he has made on here is to encourage people not to vote Labour.

The only impression he has made on here is to encourage people not to vote Labour. Whether you think he's succeeding or not is another question, but the argument that people shouldn't bother because we're stuck with the current government anyway is a weak one.

Realistically what is he going to do? Bleat on Twitter and FB, where if you had him on there, you'd block him and his echo chamber.

As expected, MP's have backed Boris' withdrawal bill this afternoon with a comfortable majority of 124. Wonderful. We can look forward to 350 million lovely pounds going to the NHS every week now. Sarcasm aside, I just hope that everybody, remain or leave, remembers what a utopia they've promised this is going to bring.

I see our food standards are on the table now, despite assurances, pre-Election. According to Liam Fox in the HoC today, anyone objecting to chlorinated chicken is guilty of being ‘anti-wealth and anti-American’.

It is probably no worse than the shite that is in farmed foods anyway, you think a 6 month old Nandos chicken is naturally that big? Why do we need Yank chicken anyway? We have our own chicken farmers.

We have our own chicken farmers. Clearly the Tories believe we need ‘Yank chicken’ as they were ever so anxious to talk up the US agriculture industry.

In 2010 15.3% of votes cast in the general election were postal votes
In 2015 16.4% of votes cast in the general election were postal votes
In 2017 18% of votes cast in the general election were postal votes
In 2019 38% of votes cast in the election were postal votes.
That is a MASSIVE inconsistency.
You may recall Laura Conservativeberg reporting (the day BEFORE the votes were SUPPOSED to be counted) that the postal votes looked good for the Tories and very bad for Labour. Makes you think.

Take it to the police if you have the proof. I seem to recall you saying the system is perfect as only one person has ever been accused of cheating the voting system

I seem to recall you saying the system is perfect as only one person has ever been accused of cheating the voting system I said there was only one citizen convicted of electoral fraud (I think he got a caution?), but I’ve always maintained that the Establishment have their ways of keeping order. Proof? Well how about a live BBC broadcast by the named “journalist” (Tory mouthpiece)?

It looks like some mps never learn. Mark tami scraped home by under 200 hundred votes while losing 50000 votes standing in brexit voting constituency. What does he do votes against brexit Bill. Where do they get their arrogance. he could have abstained

Where do they get their arrogance. he could have abstained If he made his position on Brexit clear and was elected on it, even if by small margin, he's right to vote that way. The problem is what MPs tell their constituents one thing and do something else at Westminster. Once again, there's far more to this than a binary in/out process, and there's far more going on than Brexit. I honestly wouldn't care whether my MP was leave or remain as long as I supported their other policies.

Where do they get their arrogance. he could have abstained It was 213 votes. He was elected on a Labour manifesto which last time I checked didn't have a policy in it saying they would vote for Boris Johnson's Brexit deal. I despise the way people have tried to make this debate so binary. I'm a Labour Leave voter but if I were an MP there is no way I would be voting for this deal when it doesn't contain any protections whatsoever for workers rights.

The point I am making is alyn and deeside voted to leave in 2016 he continually voted against every thing put forward to enable brexit.you who voted against brexit. And that is your right. Would not accept the result of the referendem. So being elected by 50% of the electorate put him in the position of being able to represent both sides by abstaining. At least saying he has listened.

How did you enjoy the game if you managed to drag yourself away from your phone. Do you not understand my post he had a chaance to let his constituents know he cares about all of them. It would not have harmed his standing if he had abstained as there was no way that Bill was going to be defeated. This mp actually called at my wife's 81 year old friend's house when she questioned him on brexit he said there is no point talking to you as you are not going to vote for me and quickly walked off. Joker hey better than a denier loser

Joker hey better than a denier loser You have an exceptionally loose relationship with the truth, as has been proven time and time again on this thread. I was out on the doorstep with Mark Tami for 6 weeks and I know for a fact that he would never speak like that to somebody on the doorstep. Quite the catalogue of lies you are building. For what it's worth, if I were him I would have abstained, but then I voted Leave and Mark voted Remain so I can understand why he voted against the bill. Or is that a level of nuance that's a little bit too perplexing?
