One day the Vaughan's will be on their death bed and will realise what they did with the one chance you get. I don’t think they will. They act in a selfish, destructive and arrogant way not bothering who they hurt or upset. They will continue to destroy clubs in order to make money. I’m sure some psychologists would say it’s psychopathic behaviour.

Please share any response. They'll prob have an even bigger points deduction on their hands then when they field these ineligible players

If they have delayed any punishment then they are entitled to bring players in up until August
Also applies to Chelsea

The announcements of signings to date also all contain this caveat- 'The transfer is subject to approval from the Football Association of Wales and will be completed upon the opening of the FAW registrations window'.

Bangor City handed 42 point deduction and transfer embargo by FA Wales for 12 breaches of financial regulations and fielding ineligible players. 'Today, an independent appeals panel heard the case relating to the 42-point deduction awarded against Bangor City Football Club. The panel has now confirmed a full rehearing will commence and that the original decision, made after the first hearing on Tuesday, April 23, is nullified'.

Is this not reminiscent of when we died. It was never one ruling, or one case. We’d scrape our bottoms over the line, win an appeal, be assured it was all a misunderstanding. Death by a thousand cuts. Good luck Bangor, you are going to need it fella’s.

If you want an object lesson in how scurrilous, unpleasant, immature spoilt, inept and unfit this obese blueberry is, then head over to Twitter right now. I know he’s only playing a version of football manager with his daddy’s money but he is nonetheless a supposed chairman of a football club and it’s embarassing to watch. As ever - we know all too well - you can only feel empathy to supporters of Bangor City FC and hope the new club goes well. Stephen Jr is currently running his own version of the “bingo halls” comments online at present. If it were possible to stoop lower, he has.

Incidentally Bangor City won their appeal - no points deduction and no demotion, so they’ll be playing in the second tier as normal. The newly formed fan-owned club, starting in the fifth tier of the North Wales pyramid, have signed Citizens legends BIG Les Davies and Michael Johnston.
Looking like a Northwich situation now.

The newly formed fan-owned club, starting in the fifth tier of the North Wales pyramid, have signed Citizens legends BIG Les Davies and Michael Johnston. Looking like a Northwich situation now. Not quite. The points deduction was reduced to 21 meaning the club avoided relegation on goal difference - 'The Appeals Panel originally sat on 18 June 2019 to consider the appeal by Bangor City, however, following the introduction of fresh evidence that was submitted by the Club, a decision was taken to adjourn the hearing for that information to be considered. The multiple charges issued to Bangor City Football Club for their alleged breach of FAW Rules were considered in accordance with the Rules by the Appeals Panel. After carefully considering the written and verbal evidence submitted, the decisions of the Appeals Panel are summarised as follows: In relation to the charges concerning ‘Player A’, it was found proven that Bangor City had entered into an Employment Contract with ‘Player A’ as and from 1 January 2019 and not from November 2018 as previously alleged. As a result, ‘Player A’ participated in 7 (seven) matches during this period. The Appeals Panel therefore decided that Bangor City FC be deducted 21 points from from their Huws Gray Alliance League record for the 2018/19 season. The charges in relation to ‘Player B’ were found not proven by the Appeals Panel and as a result the 9 (nine) point deduction given to Bangor City by the Disciplinary Panel was removed. The decisions of the Appeals Panel were verbally communicated to all parties present and will formally be communicated in writing in due course. The concerned parties will have an opportunity to lodge an appeal against the decision of the Appeals Panel, as set out under FAW Rules 43.2.3 and 45.3. As previously stated, Bangor City Football Club were unable to appeal against the Disciplinary Panel's decision to place a transfer embargo on the club as the deadline for an appeal had lapsed.
Terms of that embargo- The Panel decided that Bangor City should have a transfer embargo placed upon them and be suspended from registering any Professional Players with immediate effect up to and including 31 December 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, the Panel confirmed that this would not impact any player currently holding a valid professional contract or prevent Bangor City Football Club from registering any Amateur Players during this period'.

I know this is probably a daft question but does the fact that they are only allowed to sign amateur players mean that they can only pay the players that are currently on contracts, and any players that they sign this season cannot be paid as they can only sign as amateurs. I'd have thought that SVJ would be in WHSmith buying up all available brown envelopes if that was the case.

No doubt a number of previously professional players will now find employment in the security industry, but not on a Saturday obviously.

'Bangor City Football Club can confirm it has submitted an appeal notice to the Football Association of Wales regarding its 21-point deduction. The club, which stayed in the newly-named Welsh Championship North as a result of the ruling, was found guilty of seven charges and fined a total of £700. The appeal submitted to the FAW on Monday was to take the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport to clear the name of the club'.

He will sign 'amateur players' playing for 'free' but paying them under the table with envelopes stuffed with freshly laundered Scottish fivers lets face it, they (the Vaughans and their equally dodgy cronies) cannot help themselves, they always find a way to manipulate the system to their advantage

What league the reformed club playing in ? Understand it is step 5 , is it Anglesey league or Vale of Clwyd. Also, for anyone not going to Kiddy on 24th, come to Conway Borough v Svj's Bangor City. Scenic and interesting ground and chance for a piss take of the bloater.

Fifth tier - Gwynedd League. Winners are promoted to the Welsh Alliance Division Two and relegated sides drop into Anglesey League.
As for Conwy Borough, agree on the scenic surroundings and the blokes behind the bar in the clubhouse are very generous with their spirit portions.

Another day, another drama - FAW -
In accordance with FAW Rules, Bangor City have appealed against the decisions detailed above to an Independent Arbitration Panel.
Furthermore, an additional disciplinary charge has been issued to Bangor City FC:
Bangor City Football Club have been charged with the Disciplinary Offence as set out under FAW Rule 38.1.2 for the alleged breach of Huws Gray Alliance League Rule 7, in that on 22 March 2019 the Club allegedly played ‘Player A’ in the Huws Gray Alliance League match between Prestatyn Town and Bangor City whilst ineligible.
