How are you gonna get what you want if you don’t ask for it?

Bit weird that you're referencing Jonestown when it's you who is coming across as some sort of cultist, but OK. Next time we have an anti establishment protest I dare you to go up to the protestors and call them cultists. See how long you last. Then again I bet you haven't left the house since March. Be difficult I suppose.

Some of us have worked every day in the actual real world being in contact with people all the time and not posted shit like 'front line workers' when your sat on ya ass at home over the internet.
Even though, being out the house everyday, in the general public everyday, it has not once crossed my mind that there's some KILLER virus out there. You'd probably say that's pretty grown up, right.
Tell you what isn't, those people shitting themselves in the cupboards posting 'inspirational' messages 'wE cAn Do ThIs ToGeThEr GuYs' and berating those who don't want their basic human liberties taken away that go out and do normal things.
Hope you all sincerely enjoyed that.
Yours truly
Uncle Charlie

I can't tell whether the whole Alexander Lukashenko thing is just an attempt at trolling. Lukashenko didn't lock Belarus down, claimed the virus was a hoax and then promptly caught it himself. Lukashenko claimed he'd had it and got over it in a couple of days because he's 'ard like that. Bolsonero in Brazil got it because, a bit like our own PM, he didn't take it seriously or follow precautions. Basically a lot of bullshitters running countries at the moment who think they're macho, but are actually just vain and arrogant old men.

I get the feeling most of the people moaning about their "human liberties" are the types who never leave the house anyway. You can still live with your mum, get up at 1pm, have a bag of Wotsits for breakfast and play Minecraft for the rest of the day so I don't know what they're moaning about.

How do you know those people who have decided to stay indoors aren’t shielding because they have underlying health issues or conditions that could risk their lives if they were to catch it? Finally, didn’t you actually get it? Pretty sure I remember you saying you got it at the Cheltenham Festival.

I can tell you're struggling not pasting your usual tweets from Ash Sarkar etc as you don't really have an opinion of your own bar what you get told from the MSM. No direct reply to any posts, just snide unintelligent remarks because well, you aren't capable of replying with any thought.

Exactly which basic human liberties have you lost Rambo? We just had (or easing) out of a lockdown. People for example couldn't go to their relatives own funeral. Are you on another planet? Extraordinary times called for extraordinary measures, and most normal, right-thinking people understood that these actions were temporary and for the protection of ourselves and our fellow human beings. Alas for some self-obsessed socially inadequate types whose worldview is formed by Facebook memes any form of collective or cooperative action is an alien concept. These misfits (usually middle aged men), who feel emasculated if they are asked to briefly wear a piece of cloth on their faces are now reaping revenge on society by intimidating shop girls and bus drivers. Sad I know, but these right whinge whoppers do love the softest of soft targets.

Whilst you may not agree with some or all of the measures, anything to keep not just yourself or your family safe, but the whole country/planet needs to happen. Just get behind it all, will get out of this a lot quicker doing your part, what do you think the government want to be doing? Fining people for non-compliance, or getting on with sorting the economy. What do you think the scientists want to be doing? Getting on with finding a vaccine, or reminding idiots to stay away from each other and just make some small changes to your lives.

If they had been alive during the wars they love to glamourise, they wouldn't have coped! The sacrifices those people made, even those who didn't fight in the war, were a bit more serious than the minor incovenience of wearing a mask while shopping or avoiding packed beaches.
It's about solidarity as much as anything in my opinion. The spirit during early lockdown was actually pretty good. That's why what Cummings did was so serious. Attitudes changed at that moment and a lot of people thought "well, sod it then!"

Added on top of that, you've then got the starting of this ludicrous campaign to try and force everyone back into their crowded offices, all for the sake of commercial landlords and city centre sandwich shops. What we've seen already throughout this affair is that the government will happily blame almost anybody in order to deflect from their own responsibility: the scientists, Black Lives Matter, young people. Sadly, people like you fall for it every single time.
