No come on. It’ll be funny. Trump is an absolute caricature. Great entertainment with his insane ramblings. On a serious point the Dems blew this big time. All they had to do was not do genocide. Not difficult is it. But they’ll use the result to blame others. There will be no introspection. Liberal narcissism dictates that it must always be someone else’s fault. They’ll scapegoat minorities who didn’t “fall in line”, blame “irrational” voters who voted on “emotion”, blame Russia, blame misogyny - ANYTHING to avoid looking at their own failings. Not surprised the “lesser of the two evils” mantra didn’t work. All the Dems had to do was not do genocide. How difficult was that. Palestinians: “Please don’t kill us!” Harris: “Quiet, I’m speaking.” Not speaking now is she? Most Americans couldn’t find Gaza or even Israel on a map, never mind care about it enough to swing their vote. Anyone who thinks otherwise is as deluded as the Democrats. Neither could most the pro Palestine lot most couldn’t give a toss a year or two ago 😴

Most people vote for the party they believe can do the best for them. As I have said before I have a large family scattered across the states, we talk regularly so this is how I see it. Arizona, Oklahoma, North dakota, Virginia. These are where my lot live all working class people and all trump supporters, last week my granddaughter married a guy from new jersey, great bloke but deffinately middle class 20 of them came over to UK for the wedding and a great time was had by all, the thing is they mostly hated trump, so is it a class divide between the haves and have not I don't know but it's maybe the reason people vote how they do. Trump bragged about avoiding paying workers overtime, and congratulated Musk on firing striking workers. Well done America’s working classes for eroding your own rights.

Not surprised the “lesser of the two evils” mantra didn’t work. Their campaign was so bad that they lost to a guy who was screaming that he’s going to end democracy in the US. All the Dems had to do was not do genocide. How difficult was that. Palestinians: “Please don’t kill us!” Harris: “Quiet, I’m speaking.” Not speaking now is she? Knew it would start. “Liberals” attacking Arab-Americans and blaming them for the Genodems loss / socials are full of “liberals” saying stuff like they hope Gaza is wiped off the map now because they lost. Remember that clip of a Dems supporter screaming in the face of a toddler in their pram last week “I don’t give a FUCK about Gaza”. Got what they deserved and, as I said above, no introspection whatsoever.

Forget all this politics talk. Your either Utopian or Dystopian. Both can't live together so who will or should win. At least Donald can repaint Air Force One.

Trump bragged about avoiding paying workers overtime, and congratulated Musk on firing striking workers. Well done America’s working classes for eroding your own rights. This is the sort of point the Democrats seem to have failed to get across for eight years. Their response to Trump and the rise of the populist right has been piss-poor. What is the point in Harris going on all the time about Trump being a fascist? His supporters either don't care, or they deny it and argue that she's trying to suppress free speech. Either way, they double down on their stance and it galvanises them. I found it laughable the suggestion that Trump's campaign might be derailed by a comedian who make a couple of jokes about Puerto Rico that I thought were pretty tame, if unfunny. Who do they think was sitting there thinking "well. I was going to vote Trump, but I didn't realise he was like THAT!" If you're going to smear Trump, do it about things his supporters actually care about. For example: - he's not a good Christian. Been married about 15 times, makes money off casinos. Uses your book as a weapon bit he's never read it. - he's not that great a businessman. Inherited most of his wealth, has been declared bankrupt, companies folded. A poor ambassador for "the American dream". - he has shit hair and looks fucking stupid. Scruffy appearance. Would you give him a job? - he doesn't care about you, shows a flagrant disregard for the working class. He's "the man". Stand up to him and be an "alpha". I fear it's going to be exactly the same here. We've elected a bland centrist with no principles just because people want a bit of normality, but everyone hates him already. He's not going to win another election. Meanwhile, the Tories are moving even further to the right and will happily jump into bed with a burgeoning Reform to claim the majority if they need to. We're sleepwalking into it. I'm starting to think I'm done with politics, which will probably be a relief to many. We need a better standard of politician and we need the public to grow up and get behind them. I'm not even saying "left". Where are the visionaries, the progressives, the strongly compassionate, the unifiers? It's as depressing as hell.

Yeah, the Democrats abandoned working class communities years ago so it’s no surprise that working class communities have abandoned them. Despite the best efforts of the Novara media left wing echo chamber claiming otherwise, Trump’s victory had nothing to do with Gaza. It was all about the economy and how millions of Americans feel increasingly marginalised and insecure. Trump will be a disaster for them but the Democrats should take some of the blame for this. In the U.K., Labour are depressingly following the same path and can only imagine similar outcomes here.

Its the nature of liberalism, always paves the way for fascism. Trojan horse. Always.
On your point about Gaza again, its interesting to note prominent Arab, pro-Palestine, anti-genocide Democratic candidates Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar were re-elected with massive majorities - going against most of their Party's results.
Meanwhile, the Green Party led by Dr Jill Stein, massively pro-Palestine and anti-genocide, finished third in the party polls for the first time in 24 years.

These Presidential Elections from across the pond really do have a whiff of badly botched pantomimes about them.
You have the SkyNet architect and head boffin rocking up thinking it's a televised wrestling contest, although if you look past the smoke and mirrors, he probably wants to safeguard the future of humanity with micro-chipping at birth.
Kennedy Jr's stance on harmful food additives and the use of chemicals in agriculture will have appealed to a lot of voters. Can he deliver reform despite the opposition he will no doubt come up against in an administration no stranger to the odd 'bump off'

Exciting times for tinfoil hat twats but nobody else.

Funny to see the international media twist the facts. Embarrassing at this point.

Not all the Jewish people who were attacked were football hooligans in fact not even football fans. This was pre planned attack according to Dutch leader wilder. What a load of rubbish. Israeli hooligans beat up Muslim taxi drivers before the game, burnt Palestinian flags, chanted ‘Death to Arabs’ and booed the minutes silence for the victims of the Spanish floods. Attempted to kick off more trouble post-match and got a good kicking from the locals. Talk about ‘fuck around, find out’. The fact that you quote the far-right racist Geert Wilders speaks volumes.

Is it racist for what ever nationality it was to attack people from Israel, No supporter of violence but the Israeli fans started it all and when it came back to bite them started screaming‘antisemitism’. These are the same hooligans who were involved in sickening violence in Athens earlier this year, involving multiple assaults that included leaving a poor Egyptian fella with brain injuries. The sooner they are banned from Europe the better.

If this is how it happened then it is wrong, unfortunately one poster thinks it's great to see people stomped all over Amsterdam. I have seen videos of people being stopped by a mob and demand they show their passport to prove they are not from Israel. Also demand they repeat, free palastine before being allowed to leave, these are easy enough to find if you do a quick search, unfortunately it's not all about football
