I reckon we have the team spirit to do them so I'm going for 2-0 Hannah and Astles with 3865 ( 1008 goats as they have been buying home tickets as I know I would if the boot was on the other hoof)

Both teams have struggled to score this season but Wrexham have a much better defence. It does look like a draw all over really but if Bignot goes for it like Barrow we could get the win.

Canāt wait now. Night under the lights against our biggest rivals. With our latest performances being big improvements, I really think that we can win. Wrexham havenāt scored or conceded many, but we are starting to find the net now just in time. League form and positioning completely goes out of the window for these matches, so anything can happen. Letās all play a massive part to spur the blue boys onto a big victory, whilst causing no violence at the same time. UP THE SEALS!!!!!! Score: Chester FC (Dawson, Hannah) 2-1 Wrexham Attendance: 3,927 (1,150 Goats) COYB! šµāŖļø

Confidence will be the best itās been for The Blue Boys for a hell of a long time and Saturdays comeback is some proof that we still have fight in us. The Goats clearly appear to have a decent defence, but in my belief a defence that will not like pace against them - which MB will be well aware of. Itās a real bummer that Tom Shaw will not be available but I dream of a 1-0 victory to The Blues to set us on a road to pegging back a couple of teams above us in the league. Come on Blues, the Great Escape starts on Wednesday!

1-1 for me 4025 with 1150 from accross the border I doubt we'll get a crowd of more than 3,500, as the police limit it. 1-1 and gratful to beat our longest unbeaten run of 1 game.

The east stand is nearly sold out according to Twitter. Hoping for a better gate than usual for this fixture if true

The East Stand was sold out last season for this fixture, but a fair few empty seats were visible. Presume that's just the capacity we are working to these days. Any idea how many we've shifted? Be great to get the place bouncing.
I think it'll be tight, I think 1-1 with Hannah scoring for us.

As above, "sold out" of the restricted capacity will still mean swathes of empty seats. Unfortunately it's the best we've got these days.

I hope the Harry Mac is busy, the area directly behind the goal needs to be full. Always think it gives our players a huge lift.

0-2, I think their defence may be to strong for us, conceding one in the first half and one last 15 when we start pushing for an equaliser.

I'm usually pretty good for attendance predictions for the Chester v Wrexham game at the Deva. I can't see any reason why there shouldn't be at least 3,961 like the last time. I'm going to raise the bar though. I think Chester can be braced for a crowd of 4,097! It's going to be 100 either side of 4,000. Since The Chester reformed they've had more success against Wrexham in the last five seasons...than the previous club had in nearly 3 Decades. Form certainly goes out of the window. And Wrexham don't have a good record at reformed C.F.C. But, with our defensive qualities and record, I hope we give you a good old fashioned Wrexham hiding. 3. Even 4-0. One that has you leaving the ground early after 55 minutes. Hissing and booing.
ATT 100 either side of 4,000
1-3 Wrexham .

Chester 0-1 Wrexham. Late lucky goal for Wrexham.
Attendance 4,025 - 1,150 Wrexham.
EAST STAND - SOLD OUT SOUTH STAND - SOLD OUT WEST STAND - Less than 100 tickets left. HARRY MAC - No figure but believe close to selling out too.
If we can shift the final couple of hundred tickets then we could be in for a sell out crowd on national TV, and a chance to get the floating fans, who will be there tomorrow, back at the Deva week in week out. UP THE SEALS

I can see you scoring 1 though, but over the last couple of games our strikeforce has started to create good chances, I can honestly see us putting 4 or 5 past someone pretty soon, I really hope its tomorrow.

Must be seriously deluded ain't You? No one's done that to us this season and no one has even looked close. You also Havent the best strikeforce in the world either have you let's be honest. We can't say much as ours is poor too other than holroyd. Really surprised by the optimism from you lot for this game, considering how poor you have been. Can see it being a tight game, maybe a goal in it. Hope we play Reid and Massanka to get in behind your slow defence as that could do all the damage we need. Going for a 1-1 tho. Massanka for us, James for you. Let's hope it passes with no trouble. But really unlikely.

I'm expecting a good game tomorrow.
We've looked a bit more lively going forward recently, but they're decent in defence.
I'll go for a 1-1. Archer for us.
I'm more on edge about off the field to be honest. I hope it passes by without incident otherwise it's back to the bubble and being treated like criminals.

How many times have one or other team had a player sent off in a derby match? Do you think that somebody will be sent off this time? If so, who's the most likely candidate?

The dismissals have been weird though - Chester born and bred Ashley Williams in the first ever newco Derby at the Goatcourse for elbowing their lad in the face in the last minute, having earlier belted a ball during the halftime warm-up into the rowdy lot in the PG Tips stand... Ryan Astles for turning like an oil tanker stuck in a mound of seaweed and hauling their lad down in the 0-3 reverse... the Richards-Jennings full time spat...
