I'm going to back Macca to the hilt. And before you start I'm far from naive. Much of this poor run relates to individual players mistakes and ongoing injuries. Mahon, killock and akintunde are all very good players, we have been unlucky to be without them for most of the season. There have been mistakes in signing Joyce, George and Chappel at the start of the season, but this is Maccas first season as a manager, he didn't know the market particularly well, so stuck with what he knew instead of gambling money we don't have on unknown players. Then there's the results, how many times have we lost by one goal conceded because one player or another hasn't done there job properly at the crucial time.
So much has improved under Macca this season. The scouting of opposition for tactics, trialling for months players before signing them and overall, better play from the team.
We will be here next season, which was the aim at the start of the season. Let's get behind OUR club for a change.

Goodness the fickleness of fans is tiring. Judge the team on the season, not during a bad run and not during a good run. Nine games to go, I can see us picking up a minimum of 10 points and finishing on 56, maybe pushing 60 points. Disappointing after where we were at Christmas but I will grab that. Macca is a good, honest, well spoken Manager who will be better after the experience gained this season. Support him! Whatever you're on,I'll have some of it. 60 points Only need 4 wins in the 8 games we have to make 61. I'd say it's doable. 5 winnable games and then any bonus points we can get from Lincoln/FGR and Barrow is a plus.

Whilst I admire your optimism we've only won two games out of the last 10 ! But that could also read as two wins out of the last five, which makes 61 points potentially doable, and enough to cheer me up !
