They were in the Championship quite recently. 15 years ago isnât recently. Couple of seasons in the championship doesnât make them a big club. Always had shite crowds even in the Championship. People making out theyâre Oldham or something. |

People making out theyâre Oldham or something. To be fair there are no "big clubs" in the NLN, they are a big club for this level and were in League 1 as recently as 2019. Their average attendance this season is more than double ours and I'm not sure you will get many on here arguing that we aren't also a big club for the level. Taking crowd size as a proxy we are only the 4th biggest club in the NLN right now, so anything that can put more bums on seats is to be encouraged. It's an attractive fixture and will benefit from a decent away following and atmosphere but there are still only 3 points on offer, same as against Farsley this Saturday. |

They didnât sell out their initial allocation to Season Ticket holders which has surprised me. I cannot imagine weâd have any left over if we was top and only been given 500.
