Quite a mind boggling reaction to being beaten in a game of football against Brackley Town.

What a sorry excuse for a human. I prefer caveman. Sad thing is in the screen grabs you see a young child with his Dad walking past just before the window goes through. Keep trying to move on from Brackley and the shame I felt as a Chester supporter, but continually see this and get pissed off with how much this defined our season and fan base.

Not to mention the repercussions we’re suffering this season as a club, and any non-season ticket holders as individuals too.

The video is sitting a little uneasily with me, you've got the man sentenced so why show the disorder in such detail? It,s almost like they want clickbait by putting the action in. Just show his picture and what his sentence was, no need for the rest to be shown in my opinion.

A lot of it is the police saying "look at us, aren't we great?" but there's also a public interest argument. Maybe something to think about before you go putting coach windows in?

A young lad, 18 years old. 17 at the time it happened. Having a video of him plastered all over the internet is wrong. Yes he fucked up and was obviously going to be banned but having a video of him potentially fucking his working life up with future employers is a joke

It's a harsh lesson for him, but he only has himself to blame. Also, from the club's point of view, we don't just want people like him banned, but it to be a deterrent to others the next time they feel like puffing their chests out.

“Oh no I broke the law, I shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of that!”
Must say though that there were a few well-known faces in the footage that we haven’t heard about yet. Club definitely know who they are as some have had convictions before and were actually serving bans when it happened.

He's old enough to know what he's doing. Act like a prick you'll have to deal with the consequences, might be a valuable life lesson for him which he's learnt the hard way.

Zero sympathy for this bellend. Happy for him to come back in three years if he’s changed his ways, otherwise it’ll be no loss if he never returns.

I think we all are, but until it's properly sorted out and everyone at fault is named and dealt with, you are going to keep hearing about it.

Nah, it’ll be FBO’s but it won’t make a difference as FBO’s can’t be enforced so it wouldn’t surprise me if the same stuff happens next season. Sone of them were already serving FBOs. It’s that simple. The CPS can apply for a banning order for any football offence minnimum 3 years.

It was pre-meditated and deliberate. Gets what he deserves.

There's plenty of people who have been convicted of much worse offences and some been sent to prison with no media attention whatsoever, and can never be seen on the Internet for thier crimes because the media haven't reported on them. Im not sticking up for this guy but he's a young lad who's made a mistake,( although he's not actually hurt anybody), and after being convicted the police feel it's necessary to post it on Internet as if he's some crazy criminal, it's an absolute joke. Easy to point the finger from the outside but doubt this decision by police to post this will do anything to help him going forward.

To be fair, I reckon if you attach a video of a crime you would probably think even worse of it.
I think it's an interesting point in that nobody would want a 17 year old to carry on committing crimes afterwards and the extra exposure probably is an added complication to rehabilitation. On the other hand if the video is a good deterrent to others...

A bit more difficult maybe .

To be fair there are convicted jailbirds playing and being idolised on the pitch so it would appear "it depends on the offender"
Think former Watford player
Think former Plymouth goalkeeper
A convicted murderer was idolised in EastEnders.
Not condoning the actions of the lad but it does appear your sins are more easily forgotten the more famous you are.
